Biography
Ryan Deitsch is a 25-year-old Jewish American multimedia filmmaker, writer, actor, comedian, organizer, public speaker and mixologist born and raised in Parkland, Florida.
At age 15, Deitsch founded The MSD Improv Club at his high school. At age 18, he co-founded the gun violence prevention organization MARCH FOR OUR LIVES, where he helped to raise millions for violence victims as well as promote public safety, youth empowerment and international human rights. Deitsch’s advocacy and work as a content creator has been RECOGNIZED nationally and internationally by faith leaders, prestigious learning institutions and sitting government officials, among others.
Deitsch completed his undergraduate studies at American University in December 2022 with a B.A. in International Service specializing in Latin American Foreign Policy and Human Rights. Presently residing in Brooklyn, New York, Deitsch continues his advocacy alongside non-profits like CHANGE THE REF and THE WORKERS CIRCLE using creative expression to help promote social justice and cultural change.
